Please understand that by submitting an order you agree to the terms and company policy of Sugarfoot Shoetique
We accept payments in the form of Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. For your protection, shipping and billing address must be the same. In the event that they differ, we will automatically ship to the billing address on file. If necessary call your bank and/or credit card company to update any information if needed prior to ordering.
Rush Orders: No Refund of Rush Shipping fees unless delay was caused by our error. Contact seller directly to confirm products availability for Rush
USPS Mail and UPS are our preferred carriers for domestic and international shipments. Customers will receive a confirmation email which will include tracking information. While we will investigate and act on any reports of shipment errors and delays, Sugarfoot Shoetique cannot be held liable for delayed shipment updates or delayed delivery caused by carrier service.
Sugarfoot Shoetique is not responsible for shipped packages once delivered at the address provided by customer. If you have special requirements, please contact Customer Service immediately after order to make arrangements.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND EXCHANGES must take place within 7 days.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement. You will be asked to send us a picture of the damaged product.
We will gladly exchange unworn, non-clearance merchandise in its original packaging within 7 days. All shoes and accessories must have original tags attached.
Shipping usually takes 5-7 business days after processing depending on where you are located.
Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct before checkout. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee.
