return and shipping policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND EXCHANGES must take place within 5 days. 

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will be happy to send you a replacement. You will be asked to send us a picture of the damaged product. 

  • Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after processing depending on where you are located.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.

  • Refused/Undeliverable Packages

    • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address is correct before checkout. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us. Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee.
